How do I care for my jewellery?

Contact with these products will make your diamond look grey and dull as they tend to stick to the bottom of the diamond and prevent it sparkling as it should. When not in use, store your jewellery in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches.

What's the difference between lab grown and mined diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled environments, mirroring the natural process but with significantly less environmental impact. Mined diamonds are formed over millions of years under the earth’s surface. While both types have identical chemical compositions and visual characteristics, lab-grown diamonds are often considered a more ethical and sustainable choice, as they avoid the environmental and social issues associated with traditional mining.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment process is straightforward. To begin, we require a £200 deposit for the CAD design stage. Once you are ready to commission your piece, a 50% payment is due, with the remaining balance payable upon collection or before shipping your finished jewellery.

E.g. A purchase value of £2000.00 breakdown would be £200.00 deposit for CAD designs, £800.00 at commission stage to make 50% (£200.00 + £800.00) and remaining 50% balance of £1000.00 at collection or before shipping.

What are your payment methods?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, bank transfers and major credit and debit cards. Our aim is to make the payment process seamless and flexible, ensuring your experience is smooth from start to finish.
